Up for sale is a brand new, genuine Waukesha 240008 Piston Pin Bushing. Machined from premium, high-strength industrial bronze alloy, this heavy-duty mechanical component is an authentic factory replacement part engineered for stationary industrial internal combustion engines, commercial gas compression systems, and heavy power generation blocks. It features a factory-drilled oil passage port to maintain continuous lubrication and dissipate intense friction heat between the piston wrist pin and the connecting rod small end under severe running environments. This piece is immaculate warehouse surplus stock that has never been pressed into a rod, machined, or exposed to engine grease. While it does not come with any original factory box or outer plastic packaging, the bronze housing is in clean, pristine functional condition and has been carefully stored. Like most heavy industrial engine wrist pin bushings, fine sizing adjustments via reaming, honing, or precision boring are typically required after pressing the unit into the connecting rod to achieve precise factory clearance tolerances.
