FIREFLY AB GIV160PS Guillotine Isolation Valve 13545 Spark Detection System NSMP

Firefly AB GIV160PS Guillotine Isolation Valve (Part No: 13545) This listing is for a genuine Firefly AB GIV160PS guillotine isolation valve. This crucial safety component is an integral part of industrial spark detection and fire suppression systems, specifically designed to prevent the spread of fire or deflagration (explosion) through pneumatic transport lines. The GIV160PS provides rapid mechanical isolation (a "guillotine" action) when a spark or fire is detected upstream by the Firefly system, closing off the duct in milliseconds to stop flames and sparks from reaching downstream equipment like dust collectors or silos. This specific model is designed for 160mm diameter piping. Key Features: - Rapid Isolation: Provides extremely fast mechanical closure to mitigate fire and explosion risks in pneumatic lines. - 160mm Diameter: Designed to fit standard industrial ducting with a 160mm diameter. - Integrated Monitoring: Includes limit switches and monitoring hardware for continuous status feedback to the main CUE control panel. - Safety Critical Component: Essential device for compliance with industrial safety regulations (NFPA/ATEX/FM Global standards). - Robust Industrial Design: Built to withstand harsh industrial environments, including wood processing, textiles, and bulk material handling.
