Made in the USA, this heavy-duty fixture is rated for a 480V input (60 Hz, 1.0 Amps, High P.F.) and is designed to power a 400 Watt M59 Metal Halide or H33 Mercury Vapor type lamp. The unit features an EN5E series ballast body configured with a top mounting hook hook for overhead suspension suspension, exposed fly leads for wiring wiring, an integrated mogul base socket cylinder, side closure latches, and a rubber weather sealing gasket layout.
